Cancellation Policy
- Payment must be received in advance of the session.
- Bookings can be rescheduled at any stage up to 48hrs before the session is due to commence.
- Cancellations within 48hrs of the booking will result in the entire loss of the session fee
- If you are unable to attend an in-person session (for example), due to prolonged sickness, Distant Healing will always be offered as an alternative.
No refunds are issued once service has been delivered
Exceptions
Treatments Purchased within a Package
- In the event of a Force Majeure, If Rebel Alchemy is unable to fulfil its obligations in completing any sessions purchased within a *Package*, (due to incapacitation lasting longer than 30 days) – the amount owing for any unredeemed sessions will be duly refunded.
Single Treatments
- Similarly, if Rebel Alchemy was unable to fulfil a scheduled *Single* booking due to incapacitation lasting longer than 30 days, the session fee will be duly refunded.
